Two local mediawiki definitions

I would like to suggest local creation of these two:

• mediawiki:wikibase-otherprojects-test
• mediawiki:wikibase-otherprojects-test2

they are not reachable from translatewiki.net even if the two definitions can be created there, they wouldn't be exported for global use since not needed globally.
